Stewart
Every Stewart Trailer is built to order for the customer and has a unique serial number. We keep a database of all our products with comprehensive information about the specification. There is a set of CAD drawings for every trailer produced.
If a customer wishes to order a spare part they can do so easily by contacting Stewart Trailers and quoting the serial number. Then the machine can be identified for the correct parts. Another advantage of this system is that when a customer wants to order more trailers of the same specification as supplied previously they can use the drawings onfile.
When a trailer is ordered the serial number is allocated to the job from the very beginning of the manufacturing process when the first steel is cut. A Quality Assurance System is in place and checks are made as the trailer progresses through the build culminating with a final pre delivery inspection before the trailer leaves the factory.
